Pathetic hotel.. the value of the room cannot be more than 2500/- but they charge around 6000/-. Small room where we can not even move and the bathrooms are so small that it's difficult to use it . The staff during check in and check out are very discourteous.. overall very pathetic

Banjara branch is not up to the mark . It totally disappointed my day . I don’t recommend to this my friends and family.

Reaccuring key issues. Only 1 towel in room for 2 people. Missed cleaning of room on second day. Breakfast and dinner could be better.

Property was consistent with Holiday Inn Express brand. Bed was very comfortable and good breakfast and dinner.

There was always noise from the road in the evenings. Even the lobby was noisy with other guests shouting at the front desk for over charging or not providing rooms. I DID NOT GET MY RECEIPT FOR THE STAY

I tried to check in& the reception had no clue how to retrieve my reservation, after a 1/2 hour wait, went to the room, used the toilet& flushed, was leaking from under & almost was coming to the door of the toilet, no hangers to hang clothes, room was not even cleaned before check in, have pictures to support it, complained to the reception, they politely said they can have it cleaned then, no hot water in the shower..
