The hotel is centrally located with easy access to travel around the city by Taxi, Metro and other local transport. The Reception staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. It’s my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit the city. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are also friendly and attentive to Guests needs. Overall a pleasant experience as always and will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property.

Response time is very slow, even a guy in the reception is unprofessional in his approach.

Sheets were not clean. They were stained but the hotel staff obliged to change it

This hotei is dated and in need of complete renovation. Hotel help was good, they are trying to provide good service but they are dealing with a worn out property. No value for money.
