When we first arrived in our room, we turned on the AC unit and then left to go to the mall for a few hours. By the time we returned, the AC was broken. We tried to call the front desk using the room phone and two different cell numbers, but we received no response. After that, we went downstairs but couldn’t find anyone at the front desk for about 15 to 20 minutes. Eventually, someone from maintenance arrived and replaced the entire unit.
However, the TVs are extremely outdated, and everything we watched looked like it was on VHS. Aside from these two issues, everything else was fairly typical for a $100-a-night room. If you're looking for a place to just shower and sleep at a low price, then this hotel is perfect.
