The Cape Cod Inn is a decent motel. The rooms are clean and spacious and quiet. We found it very convenient to park outside our door. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and shops and a ten minute walk to the ferry to either Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Good value for the money, would definitely stay again.

Zee was very nice but the room not so much.
Baseboards, hair dryer and bathroom door filthy, a/c heater fan didn’t work and we had ants

I have stayed at the Cape Cod Inn several times. It is centrally located and affordable. It is clean, safe, and right in the middle of Hyannis.

Hotel is quet. Location is great. Rooms are really really old schools. If you looking for something modern that is not your property. Give me that highway motel vibe with yhat amazing Location ...
