Cute beachy stay in the heart of Hyannis! Super walkable and near the harbor!

This property is conveniently located on a main road, yet quiet at night. Lots of breakfast and dining options and sightseeing in the area, definitely walkable.
The one thing that put a damper on my stay was that I had selected America's Best Value Inn because it advertised an indoor pool, which I had been looking forward to using (I have back problems). - The pool was open to guests on the day of my arrival, however, before stepping into it I was told it was no longer heated. I tried but soon gave up any attempt to swim in the freezing water. - The indoor pool is a huge 'pull factor' of your hotel - please keep it heated!

Thank you for your detailed review. Sorry about the pool not being heated. Our heater was temporarily down but since then, we have installed a brand new heater and we always keep our pool above 90 degrees. Please give us another chance next you are in town. We'd be happy to offer you a discount next time you stay with us. Thank you.

This was a very inexpensive, clean, quiet stay within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the JFK Museum. We didbt get to use the pool but it looked nice. We will be back soon!
