The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The evening front desk attendant (Madison) was terrific and very helpful.

Everything about our stay was good except for the bed. The mattress was not in good shape and we woke up with back aches.

Consequently we aredisappointed to learn that we did not meet your expectations on your most recent stay. Please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of Hampton Inn that you did not find the mattress in the room you occupied comfortable. We have recently completed a guest room remodel and all of our mattresses are brand new. I will confer with our maintenance team to see if there is something amiss with the mattress of box spring in the room you occupied.
