Perfection… in every way!
Posted 12 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe arrived late at night and were welcomed by the friendly owner. Everything was over the top perfect and due to our late arrival, we were offered a later checkout time at no extra expense. We loved the new dock, our morning coffee by the lake and wonderful sw in the warm water. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back.

Disappointed
Posted 2 Oct 2021 on HotelsFor a facility advertised on Hotels.com, we were disappointed. No bathroom towels provided, just one small hand-towel. No morning coffee. The mattresses have seen better days and only a couple of small space-heaters had us nervous about safety. The place is better suited to people staying a week or more and bringing all their own stuff for a vacation. The nightly cost merits immediate attention to the above matters.

Sorry you were disappointed. Towels are available, you just have to ask. We had to stop leaving them out due to people taking them or abusing them. As to coffee- we are not a hotel or B&B. Also due to Covid we are not to leave food stuffs out. Mattresses are a matter of choice, I had people tell me this summer that they hadn't slept so well in years! The cottage YOU chose is the only one without electric baseboards. Yes we are a small camp ground, so we are best suited for people coming to camp! When you are just here for one night it is comfortable and dry and you had satellite tv. Our price is equal to any other establishment in the area. You got your own space, could fix your own meals and were able to bring your pet and walk it on the grounds and have it inside. Plus you got peace and quiet and the wonderful views on the lake. Come again, stay longer and choose a remodeled cottage, you will be much happier!!

Nice cabins. Amenities are great. But, it is time to change some of the furniture in the cabin(Sofa).

Beautiful cottage right on the water. Small towns located nearby to pick up the essentials. Friendly people onsite. All the other guests were respectful. Our pet was welcome. Reasonable prices for extras. Free kayak rentals! Quiet and peaceful. Have been before and will definitely return again.

My children and I enjoyed every minute we spent here! We had a beautiful beach on the same lot as the cabin. Lots of ducks to look at! A park across from our cabin. Access to a paddle boat. Literally everything we needed to make wonderful family memories!

Private, spacious area around cottage, right by lake, very clean, our own dock, great swimming
