The property has great potential but they really need to fix up the rooms. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had to use our entire body to open the door to our room. Plus the coffee pot wasn’t clean in our room. So we went downstairs to get coffee and you might as well had called it tea. We only stayed one night as we’re traveling and jus made the best of it.

The carpet seemed a bit dirty and the breakfast cold. The staff was great though!

I don’t know why people put less-than-favorable reviews for this property because it is a very nice place. No language barriers, no dilapidation as implied. We’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was a great stay compared to more recent stays elsewhere!
First time in Huron and first to state fair! Great town and we’ll be back.
