Tried to cancel one night, the hotel said I would need to contact Expedia. Tried to adjust reservation on Expedia and it said no changes could be made once trip commenced. After years of using Expedia for travel, this is first issue. Will never use Expedia again.

I had problems with 2 rooms. The first had a leaky sink, the pipe under the sink was not connected. (They were in the middle of a remodel). I told the staff and they quickly gave me another room. That one had a hole in the wall and smelled like smoke. The 3rd time I got a nice remodeled room and the stay was pleasant after that. They did take care of me quickly but it would have been nice not to lug around luggage going room to room 3 times, to find something acceptable.

It was ok, nothing special. They first tried to put me in a room that was already occupied.

We had the best time! Everyone was nice including staffs, overall I would say it was the best experience for us. The bedroom was nice, I would come again!

Clean, but Missing Perks

Our first room we were given had not been cleaned - beds unmade and towels on the floor. They quickly put us in a clean room which was much better. Breakfast was fine, better than expected, and juice and coffee were available 24/7. However, one of the reasons we had chosen the hotel was for the amenities, the pool, hot tub, and gym, all of which were behind a dysfunctional, nailed shut door.
