I might say this was the worst "holiday" ever. We had to change rooms three times because none of the chosen ones were in good condition: broken windows, non-functional air conditioning, and a nightclub right below us. How are people supposed to sleep in such conditions? The staff was extremely rude and condescending, with their "take a seat" commands directed only at women, as if we don't exist and should just sit quietly while men discuss business. Be cautious in the shops, they lock you in until you buy something overpriced. The restaurant quality was very poor for a five-star hotel. Moreover, After being humiliated by a staff member, we asked for compensation at the end of our "holiday", and they simply smiled, saying nothing would happen and they were just sorry. Thank you for turning our dream week into the worst nightmare ever.

Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks

Real feel good hotel!

Great hotel! Typical Egyptian resort, super friendly staff, food was amazing, location incredible. Some rooms a little tired but nothing noticeable. Entertainment team were fantastic. The show is quite loud until 11 but plenty of room options away from it.
