Relaxing time

Well kept, family friendly hotel. Lovely outside area with multiple pools. Good food and drink selection.

Perfect Stay for weekend relaxation

Beach was amazing and the animation team very good and helpers The food was excellent with high level of service from restaurant staff The best thing about the hotel is location and greate facilities Special thanks to all team and definitely will back again

Food and the sea is very good

Dear Ms.Eman Many thanks for your review and as explained to your good self and your group during your stay that as stated on the home page information that our resort located at second line and we do have our private beach included free shuttle bus make round each 15 minutes plus it has explained to your good self that the meals at main restaurant buffet style NOT ala cart as your and your group was requested We assure to your good self that whats has mentioned on hotel.com information and services is the same what we offered to you and the majority of the guest in house during your stay & our efforts reach that around 96% from our in guest are full satisfied Looking forward to welcome your again at Royal Lagoons Aqua Park

Good hotel

It is good hotel, the staff are very good and professional, I opposite some problems and Mr. Alaa market manager solved soon. The food is limited and no varieties, also, the drinks are limited.

I got free upgrade, if that is the superior room i can't imagine how the standard would look like

The hotel was great and staff very friendly . The animation team were amazing specialy Tattoo.Tanya and Olya The aqua was great my kids love it and also the kids club they waiting for it everyday. I'll go there again as soon as possible
