Absolutely fantastic stay as good as it Sharm el Sheik counterpart..

Very friendly, great staff. Food good quality and variety. Rooms clean and well appointed. Fully inclusive so have what you want when you want. For snacks would recommend the pizza and burgers- all freshly made. For the younger at heart, plenty to entertain you.

Beautiful property in the middle of Hurghada. I would definitely return and stay here. There was plenty of shops, as well as a waterslide that I was unaware of prior to arriving, which even more increased my respect for this hotel, beautiful lobby, which I took several videos and pictures of. Only things I would recommend changing is the food selection did not seem fresh at the Asian restaurant and the food was overpriced at the seafood restaurant so I would avoid both. I actually got sick from the Asian restaurant towards the end of the trip and my stomach is still recovering a week later The food was the best at the Greek restaurant and Egyptian restaurant. I would just recommend getting the grill option at the Egyptian restaurant the only other thing other place that we really love was the pizza place and the burger spot was really good. Didn’t get a chance to try the noodle spot. The main dining was decent however, the food just all tastes the same so after a couple of days you just wanted something different. The property itself was very well maintained and taken care of the rooms were beautiful and well taken care of and the service was phenomenal. Definitely a hard-working crew here and I would highly recommend staying here if you ever do visit this city thank you so much for our time

Not a 4 star hotel. Painting on the walls were chilling. Limited space for breakfast, felt like the hunger games. Pool looks like a community pool. The area around it isn’t good. Wouldn’t recommend

The resort was lovely and staff were lovely however when we arrived we got told that they didn’t have our room as it was fully booked… so we had to stay in a cheaper room than we booked and didn’t get our original room until the following day at 2pm. And they are yet to give us the money back even for the difference of price in rooms

Amazing resort. Food was sensational. Staff amazing. Location stunning. And beautiful vibes with amazing touches to elevate the experience. Could not recommend more

This was by far the worst resort I’ve ever stayed in, don’t get fooled by the pics, the hotel is dated and really run down. Our first room had a dirty floor, paint was falling off the walls bathroom door was flimsy and rubber was falling off. I asked to be switched after a long back and forth they switched me to a room on the third floor (no elevators) that same day the bathroom got flooded due to a clogged drain we had sewer water all over our floor. They cleaned it and apologized then the next night the air conditioner was making crazy rattling noise and leaked a ton of water all over my clothes which made me furious as I kept calling the reception but they took forever to send someone. We had to be switched again. This place was a total nightmare, the staff isn’t accommodating at all especially the front desk staff. Lastly the staff blasts quraan very loud in the morning which kept waking me up with no consideration to the sleeping guests
