no water to drink and no food.

Dear guest,
Due to your comment for our property would like to make situation clear with all details. You ask to make cancellation one day before arriving, and as soon you know that full payment will be taken from you if you will not show up you decide to come and ask for early check in at 5am.
We arrange your early check-in against extra charge with what you agree. Next day you don’t show up, and arrive one day later without any information.
As well you don’t pay full payment for 2 nights + early check in. You pay only 33% from all payment, not as you mention for passport.
Our property its apartment compound. We don’t serve drinks and food. Kitchen in flats have all machines and items. 180 m from place we have a restaurant and coffee. https://www.facebook.com/Merkato-Cafe-Lounge-406045219791133/
