Really enjoyed my stay at Cooks Club. The resort was clean, quiet and safe. It has everything you need but also in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We even had our own ambassador named Michael who was always available for any of our needs. Also there is a spa located right next door to the resort that was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located on a quiet lagoon which is a great swimming option. The staff are very genuine, welcoming, and helpful. The location is in the downtown area, which has many dining options. I would like to thank Heidi, Mariam and Pero for a memorable experience. The staff was kind, accommodating and welcoming. They went out of there way to ensure all of our inquiries were answered. I would have liked to be informed that bicycles are available for use but we were only told on the last day. The electricity would go off while we were in the room because the panel that activates electricity was faulty. Once we told them, they fixed it right away on our third day. The location is very good, the staff are good also but that is about the most positive I can give the hotel itself. We were booked in for 7 nights and ended up cutting it short and checked into another hotel. The hotel is very basic, the pool area is super crowded you go after breakfast and everyone has reserved the spots already - only one side gets sun for the afternoon. The beach if you can call it that is less crowded but doesn’t get much sun. The worst bit about it was the fact the hotel was basically a dormitory (and I went to boarding school) - it has paper thin walls and we heard people having sex and most nights drunk guests would have no regard for other guests at night sleeping as they would be a lot of shouting down the corridors. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday. It’s a glorified adults only club med for chavs.
