Not good and not recommended for high levels

Nice but need enhancement
Posted 22 Jun 2024 on HotelsCheck in was very easy, special thank to Mr Ramy front office who organized the rooms the day before we arrived and made all rooms in the same building and he was helpful in every thing and doing the best to make our vacation awesome until check out.
Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Zayan who follow my reservation from the beginning by phone
Shuttle bus was every 10 minutes to reach Aqua area and beach
Aqua is amazing about 8 working slides plus children aqua and lazy river
The beach is sandy somewhere but there are alot of rocks and you can snorkeling near to the beach
Food in main restaurant almost good (taste and variety) special thank to Chef Mohamed Elwany the main chef every day he asking guests about the quality of food and serving by himself and chef Mohamed Abd El Megid who is very helpful.
I dont forget Restaurant Sofra we had dinner there all staff were cute make our dinner special with Mr Mahmoud El shazly, Amr Hamdy and Mahmoud Abd El Razek
Also Bill man Mr Wael Hamouda was helpful and honest finally Mr Hashem housekeeping was a nice guy
You can park inside the hotel
Bad things
AC was v. Bad in restaurant and loby just fans no cooling at all
Poor animation team
Snacks in pool bar and beach bar need to be better and more variety
Juices they choose the worst juice powder at all, Always shortage in ice so we drink hot water, in addition to they use bad quality of coffee in machines
Bar men need to be more qualified and well trained.
At all our visit was cool

Posted 31 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe spent a week's holiday with our children and we had a lot of fun, we ate well, there is safety for customers and very comfortable hospitality. Different menu every day Room cleaning every day I recommend and we will be back insh'Allah. Thank you with all my heart.

Food was really nice ! Aqua was amazing! beach was fun and clean. Also staff are so friendly and allowed us to free late check out

I would not recommend this hotel at all. We were due to stay 4 nights and ended up staying for 2 and only because we couldn’t move hotels after a day. Staff were rude from the main gate. Wouldn’t allow the taxi in to start with. There was hairs on the toilet in the room when we arrived and dirty marks on the mirrors. Sheets had hairs on. My 2 children wouldn’t enter the restaurant because of the smell so we didn’t eat. Drinks were in dirty glasses. When we said we wanted to check out early staff were very rude and unhelpful and we couldn’t get a refund for the 2 days we didn’t stay they said there was nothing they could do. Will never go back
