The staff is very unfriendly. We booked a room with private bathroom but we got a shared bathroom. When we told them about the mistake, we had to pay double to change to another room. Breakfast is not good, you just get some bread and egg whether you like it or not. The beds are hard.

Firstly, We are really sorry for your dissatisfction. About the room, we sighed on Expedia is a room with private bathroom but outside and same floor, but it is your room, just you can use it, not shared bathroom. And many people booked same room as you and they did not have any complaints about the bathroom. About breakfast, just we have bread eggs and Vietnamese noodles, so we chose bread and eggs for you.
Anyway we are sorry again for all.
