I reserved the room for four days (Thur, Fri, Sat, and Sun) checking out on Monday morning. Upon our arrival /Checkin we received our room key and was directed to our room. Housekeeping was just finishing up and leaving the room when we got to the door. The toilet had just been flushed and was not filling. I informed them of the issue, which they responded with its filling, just very slow. That was an understatement, 15 to 20 minutes before it could be flushed again, not ideal conditions considering there were three people staying there. WiFi worked the first night only, reported that to the desk on Friday, but nothing was fixed before we left on Monday. Even though we were charged and paid for the four nights at Checkin, they only activated the room key for two nights, so when we returned on Saturday evening, we could not get in the room. The front desk apologized to my wife for the error and activated the key for one additional night. I had to return to the front desk and request that the key be activated for the additional night. Clerk initially stated that we only staying for three nights. After I insisted that he pull up my invoice, he agreed that we were staying four nights and updated the room key. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

This is my first time staying at a Red Roof Hotel and the staff at the front desk was professional and friendly however the property surprised when I realized there was no elevator, I am not sure if this is all of red roof inn. When I got to the room, the bathroom appeared to be dirty like you can see urine stains on the toilet bowl, soap dispensers did not work. There were a lot of noise at night and also early in the morning housekeeping staff were so loud that it woke me up whatever little sleep. I tried to get some rest as much as I could to get a heads up for a long drive.

Motel was clean. No remote for the TV. Staff brought one, but he didn't know how to work it. He showed us how to use function buttons on the TV set. Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Only one set of towels for a two night stay

It was terrible staying at this hotel. The manager was disrespectful and has no patience. He was rude and even didn’t want to check me in at 12:30am with a child when I decided that I wasn’t leaving he decided to check me in. The place smells a mess I had to get air freshener place in my room to get the bad odor out. I would not recommend this place to no one.

Once I entered the lobby, I could smell the strong scent of cigarettes. I was given a room and the first time using the toilet the handle came off and screws hit the floor. I made the front desk aware as they came to take a looked and said that they would be back to fix it. We waited 4 hours in the room with no restroom access (mind you they have no public bathroom either), then when I called to check the status on fixing the toilet, they told me to wait another 2 hours because the manager wasn't around. While on the phone in mid conversation; 2 roaches began to appear walking up the wall. I immediately asked to be moved into another room. After playing word tennis with the front desk clerk he came up to our room an witnessed the roaches first hand. We were then moved into another room where the TV didn't work, the bedspread and bath towels had stains on them. I will never be back again.

Bed spread was dirty/stained. Towels was dirty/stained. Check in was slow amd unfriendly. Front desk barely spoke E glish and was diffifult to understand. Only 1 lock.worked on the door. Non smoking room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Shampoo and soap dispensers didnt work well. Side table next to bed was dirty amd sticky. Definately will not use again
