The desk clerk was very nice.
The room smelled very bad, mixture of cigarettes and weed. Rooms small, old, no soap in bathroom, roach crawled out from under fridge, smell of weed outside, not a good area. I didn't stay, left and found a cleaner,safer hotel.

The bed had hair and pee stains all in the bed. The shower curtain had mold on it. The hallways smelled like cigarettes even though it said it was a non-smoking room. We were told we had to take ot up woth expedia since we booked through them instead of the hotel.

Ice machine dispenser not working but the ice freezer was. Hallway restrooms down but we don't use those anyway. Hotel was way cleaner than Super 8.

The check in took awhile and the lady was unfriendly and uncaring. Now then the check out with Cyan was great
