The original room bed was broken. When I told the staff she was kinda rude. Once we finally got a new room, trash had not been taking out, there were no clean towels and the bed sheets had stains on it. I was hoping to make this hotel my new getaway but this experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

No ice machine, room wasnt ready until 7 pm! And the food was more limited then what in said online! Rooms were very big though!

It was dirty, my tub faucet leaked the whole time. Only one light bulb in the bathroom it was so dark.

Very dirty, staff unfriendly and unhelpful. However, i think she is the only one who works their. Pool is unusable and hasnt been clraned in sometime

Went to check in 3 times and were told our room wasn’t ready. At 9pm we were given a room with the following issues: dirty, only one of three lamps had a lightbulb in it, the TV did not work and was off the wall bracket on the dresser, no towels, the bathroom door did not have a doorknob and would not shut, the whole place smelled like weed, the pool water was a brownish green. We should not be charged for this stay!!!
