Originally booked for non smoking room, it’s crazy to me that smoking rooms are still allowed, but we ended up in a “smoking room” due to booking issues. They kindly waived the pet fee for us which I appreciated, however, the room was not great. Immediately overwhelmed with the smell of stale cigarettes, flys everywhere, bed and sheets looked and felt like they were from 76’. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in that space or on that bed. This was among one of the most unkept rooms I have ever stayed in. Honestly considered just driving back to Katy after our event Saturday night because of the conditions. Will not book again. We all smelled disgusting leaving that place.

We did indeed receive your reservation through Expedia, which unfortunately indicated a smoking room. Once we became aware of the issue, we checked our availability but, regrettably, did not have any other room types available to offer at that time. I understand that this situation was far from ideal, and I’m truly sorry for the discomfort you experienced. The conditions you described are not representative of our standards, and we are taking your feedback seriously to address these issues. Thank you for acknowledging the pet fee waiver, though I understand it does not make up for the inconvenience you faced. You people stole from me and will never use expedia. I rented a room in Huntsville, Al and you switched it around to Huntsville, Texas. My receipt says Huntsville, Al. I had to find another hotel because the one in Al was dirty and rundown. You should return my money because I am going to appeal this charge to my credit card

The pool was dirty. There were people hanging outside. Parking lot had a lot of traffic going in and out like if there were drugs being sold on property by guests. Loud music with rooms doors open.

Ive stayed here before. Staff is always pleasant, its clean, its quiet, lication is convenient.
