I picked your hotel for the indoor pool for my grandson to swim. For the second time the pool was no usable. Last time it was closed. This time the water was very, very cold. No human being would have gone into that pool. There was no indication on the website that the pool was closed are not usable. Even though the hotel is convenient for our visit to the area, I do not like being lied to about the facilities.

Overall it was ok. There was a plug hanging out of the wall that was being used which is unsafe. We couldn’t put the hair dryer in its stand because that also was not secure

Breakfast was ok. Looks better in pictures. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Little things make a big difference though... one of the closet doors was off the hinges and propped against the wall (not safe with kids), the bathroom door would not shut all the way (mostly, but wouldn't click shut), lights in the hallways were flickering & should be replaced, and our TV remote needed new batteries. (I went down to the front desk to get fresh ones.) None of these are huge issues, but lots of little things add up. I would stay here again though because I was impressed with the staff. Great job!

Staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed like I was interrupting them to check on. Main reason we got room was for indoor and immediately found out that pool wasn’t heated and room wasn’t heated, so we couldn’t swim.

Difficult to get into from interstate and out if you want to go left as its nit at a light.

The staff here is amazing. The room was worn down but seemed clean. The toilet was broken and was leaking. The lamp shades were cracked. The entrance to the hotel is confusing but it was quiet. Convenient location with gas and restaurants
