I liked that people was able to move around freely and were friendly.. Didnt like they wouldnt rent me my room again cause i had company stay..

Some furniture was broken. The room overall was worn. After I took a shower, the soles of my feet got dirty just from walking on the floor. It's just a tired, worn-out property. Admittedly, $60 is not much to pay, and I should not have expected much. But I did expect a clean, intact room.
