Rented a room for my mother that was prepaid. She thought she had to checkout early when she had a few days left. The front desk checked her out saying they would refund the difference. I tried to get the room back but they said they couldn't Had to contact expedia regarding a refund and they denied the refund. Had to book a different room in another hotel.
