Dooor kept getting stuck open and couldn't close ir lock properly. People banged on walls yelling and screaming.

Lady at front desk was nice, but room was noisy--loud noise from other units anytime water was flowing. Problems with heating as well. No breakfast. Definitely disappointing overall.
