I had a pleasant stay at Redwings Lodge Sawtry. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, offering a good start to the day.
Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The best part was the affordability—it was much cheaper than other hotels in the area, making it excellent value for money.
While it’s not a luxury hotel, it’s perfect for those seeking clean, budget-friendly accommodation with good service. I would happily stay here again!

The Redwing was reasonably priced it was clean and tidy and close to where we needed to be Great value for money with the added bonus of a continental breakfast Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future

Even though this property was tired, a bit old and not luxurious! The staff were excellent, the rooms were very clean, everything you needed was in the room, shower was small but powerful and hot, beds clean n comfy, furniture although old was not broken at all, breakfast was a good range of cereal, toast, jams, orange juice and hot drinks but free, WiFi was free, parking was free, and all for £48 booked it 2 days before!! Very convenient. Nothing fancy but perfect for a stopover. Simple (and free!) breakfast. Very good value all round

Have stayed at Red Wings several times, but I was cross to be told when I checked in that the breakfast room was closing at 8.15am because of a 'course' that was being held.
Bit late to tell me. Would have booked somewhere else if I had known.

Breakfast usually ends at 9 a.m. It was a fire marshall course which we felt our staff had to attend as we feel it is important for our staff to be fully trained in case of fire, also for the safety of our guests.
