The place itself was exceptional. The staff on the other hand was very rude. It was the night before my wedding and the manager threw us out because im homeless and needed a place for my kids (15,12,12,11) to stay for the night. I was in the room with them til 3am when they fell asleep and then i went out to the car which was right outside of their room. At 5:30 he tapped on the window and told us we needed to leave. Was a terrible start to a wedding day.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our facilities, though we are disappointed that your experience did not meet your expectations.During your stay, our night manager received multiple complaints from other guests about unattended children in the hallways into the early hours of the morning to which he addressed with you personally. Additionally, a few hours later we were made aware that people were sleeping in a vehicle in the parking lot, which is against our safety policies. When it was found to be you and your now husband, it was requested that everyone return to their room as the children cannot be left unattended.Despite our efforts to resolve the matter, the situation did not improve leading to a verbal altercation, which ultimately led to the decision that was made.We have a responsibility to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for all our guests, and maintaining those standards sometimes requires making difficult decisions.We are sorry that this had to happen on such an important day for your family and we do wish you the best.Regards,
