"This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience."
"Very cozy hotel with easy access to the spas, walkable distance to restaurants in town and bus stops to other places of interest. Staffs were helpful. The room was comfortable with nice AC. Like the modern artsy decor!"
"The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool.
The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked. "

10/10 Excellent
"Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments."
"Really convenient hotel, with a parking garage. We stayed for a couple of days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms had portable air conditioning since there’s no central air. It worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Everything in area was walkable. Would stay here again if we were in the area. "
"Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back."
