"Our room was very clean and the staff were great. We had issues with our card and the staff walked to our room with us after resetting the key to make sure it worked. They are working on some upgrades so not everything was available to us but it will definitely be awesome once they’re completed. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"The property was great. Expedia canceled one of my rooms. So I had to pay an extra 412.00 for an additional room. I am finding more issues with Expedia. A mistake was made by someone else and I had to pay for it!!! Not good and I will make sure to tell everyone about this issue. This is not acceptable. "

"Room smelled like urine and marijuana in a NON SMOKING ROOM . Bathroom looked nothing like the pictures online. Pool water was gloomy like a thick film was on top of it."

"I was on the 2nd floor and the ice machine did not work the entire weekend. I had hurt my knee the night before check-in & there was no elevator & because the room was non-refundable, I was stuck. The beds were painfully hard along with 2 of the pillows on the bed. I had called the hotel directly to inquire about pet fees & was told the fee was included in the price only to be told upon check-out that was not the case if you decided to register online."
