We stayed here because we had a concert at the Hershey Giant Center, and this was a 5 min drive to the park, so very convenient and well-priced! Very clean and spacious rooms. We would stay here again anytime.

When we booked this hotel, I was unaware that it was a Pet friendly facility. Soon after arrival, my oldest son started sneezing uncontrollably. As a result, we ended up having to book a second room around midnight. While this was expensive and inconvenient, the manager was extremely helpful and even gave us a complementary Benadryl pill and a deep discount on the extra room.
We were informed that the upper floors are generally not rented to pet owners, so going forward. I will be sure to request upper floors if we opt to stay at a pet friendly facility again.

My room was super dusty and they failed to come in daily for fresh towels or toilet paper or to take beds. When you pay hotel prices you expect these services otherwise stay at air b&b if you have to do it yourself and you have a lot of more space.

Very nice hotel!! Room was nice. Beds were so comfortable. The only issue was that our shade fell off the window and woke us up at 4:30 in the morning. Went to the desk later in the morning and was told the maintenance guy who was also a housekeeper would be in at 3:00 and take care of it. We got back to our room at 12:30 AM and nothing was done in the room. Not cleaned and shade was still down. Went down to the front desk and told them what happened and was told maybe the manager will give you a partial refund. When checking out in the morning was told the message was given to the manager. Have yet to hear back. That was very disappointing. We were on the first floor.

Check in and out was easy. Was able to get an early check in. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
