I think they need to better educate their workers on how to take obviously a hotel deposit and put it in pending on my credit card rather than charge my card and I have to wait for days to get my $100 in return had they have done it correctly I'd have got it back immediately they would have released the hold on it and so now tonight will be the second night I've had to sleep in my car because I needed to have my deposit back in order to book another room

I can’t recommend this property. Room very dirty and run down. Zero towels in room and when we asked for some the front desk person looked confused and said he didn’t have towels.my partner pressed him on it and almost asked to take towels form an unoccupied one but luckily two towels were produced (for four people). The shower was dirty and I was afraid to touch anything in the room. Weird smell throughout the place and in the room. Did not feel safe here with my children.

Good value and convenient location to stay for a night before flying away IAH.

Really helpful and patient staff. Location is in walking distance to a few shops to buy food. Also great to have free pick up and drop off at the airport and free breakfast. Highly recommend if you’re on a layover due to location and amenities.
