The hotel was closed and they sold a room without being open to customers.
I need my money back. This is not fair when I have a 70 and 75 year old sister and brother inlaw that could not stay in that hotel. We had to drive an hour to find another hotel. I need my money back inmediately

I am sorry. It might be misunderstood, you want room with Jacuzzi that obviously cost more. That's the reason she told you to pay additional charge for Jacuzzi. Just refresh you booked regular room online not Jacuzzi.

Room was clean. Had just the basics. No tray in the shower so everything had to be set on the floor. No place to get or make coffee or ice. It was okay if you just wanted a bed for the night.
