Although there was a beach, people really can't be on the beach or in the ocean because there was way too much seaweed which was a huge disappointment. I had inquired about the beach prior to traveling and the management company/person answering emails only answered the first three emails and stopped responding. The tubs were dirty and the one toilet was sort of dirty as well. There was water puddling on the floor directly under the air conditioning unit. I contacted the management company who only responded to the first few emails. I had to mop the floor and clean the puddle daily. Apparently this is a known problem as it is listed in the owners guide. I did not receive an email response from the management company until I returned (possibly due to Wifi but it was dated for 05/11/2022, while we were there). Since I did not respond to the 05/11/2022 email, they should have stopped by to check on the situation. I have pictures of the tub and owners manual noting the puddling issue. The bed in the master bedroom is lined with plastic and hard to sleep on. The property is located in a double gated community which was nice, peaceful, and quiet. The property outside the penthouse was clean and maintained nicely.
