Staff lost part of my property. Upon complaining they did not take action and totally ignored my request to rectify matters. My request to speak to a manager was ignored as well. This hotel in Hull is certainly a hotel I will never visit again.

Comfortable and conveniently located in the city centre close to the station, the shops, the theatre and Connexin Live.

Our room wasn't cleanse on second day no clean towels, tea coffee etc. No bed made
