On check-in there was a very rude woman trying to attract the attention of the receptionist to complain about so called 'bed bug' which probably didn't exsist because she said they were in the room not on the bed. The receptionist was calm and continued to deal with us, actions that the rude woman accused of being ignored. We had no such experience. The bed was clean with fresh bedding, the floor, not carpetted but laminated was not crawling with anything. The facilities were perfect for our purposes though the shower curtain could have done with a wash the rest of the room was lovely. Spacious, comfortable a welcome place to rest our weary heads. The staff were friendly helpful and caring. We'd stay again. Thank you.

Went to get an early check in and couldn’t even get into the place the doors were locked pushed the door bell and I don’t even know if it worked so didn’t even end up staying there. Ending up paying for a room and didn’t even stay there

Chambre propre et ordinaire. Nettoyage sur demande avant 9h00 le matin. Malgre des journées fraîches, très chaud dans la chambre. Ca doit être difficile durant l'été. Mais tres bien situé.

Perfect location to what we needed It is very close to interchange, which is a huge plus point First flight if steps to reception is a bit inconvenient, but we managed ok Shame no breakfast offered Very clean but in need of a bit of modernism
