"Staff don't speak English, but I speak a few words of Mandarin and the staff were handy with smartphone translation apps. Staff is neutral, not friendly but polite and professional. The room is a bit tired, mostly the carpet needs a very deep clean or replacement but the room was otherwise bright and clean and the housekeeping was 100%.
