"The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, but did not have any windows. Must have small hot water tank as hot water in shower usually not available. Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional. Restaurant on roof quite nice. Good food. Nice view overlooking the beach. Reliable pick up and drop off at airport. "

"I was trying to coordinate pick up times for the airport transfer via the chat feature on Hotels.com and they were very unresponsive. They mentioned once they would coordinate with my other hotel for boat arrival and they never contacted them. I had my hotel reach out to them and was advised of my arrival and nobody was there. "Good value hotel. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a little small but comfortable beds and pillows. My only complaint is not the hotel’s fault, that is, there is a mosque nearby that provides 4 am serenading each morning."
