The property was clean, the staff were friendly. They said they do not arrange airport transfers for Expedia guests. Luckily, for us another guest was in need of a transfer while we were at the airport and we were able to ride in the van with him.
He was from Shanghai, but worked for Four Seasons and was extremely helpful.
The rooms are small, no pool or other amenities. Nice place to spend your first night after a lengthy travel and prepare to stay in a resort. The staff help you arrange transportation when you're leaving out.

This is the 2nd time I stayed here and there was issue of internet connection last time but it has been taken care of now.

The property is right in front of the beach. It is new, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable.
Now cons,
1. The breakfast was same day in day out and having visited Hulhumale for few times, it appears that the breakfast has been standardised across all hotels there. 3 slices of bread, one piece of chicken sausage, one small omelette, glass of juice and that is all.
2. The internet connection was extremely slow during most of the days I stayed there and the staff was clueless on this.
3. The room was very congested and no space at all to move around. Also, there was no working desk & chair and very difficult if someone have to work or write sitting all the time on bed.
Apart from above three issues, the stay was excellent.

Nice Hotel for one or two nights.

Good standard. Quiet AC, and good beds.
Breakfast is not value for the the money. Better breakfast at the local cafe next door.
Beach right on the other side of the hotel. OK for a dip in the ocean, but a lot of coral and stone so not easy to get in/out of the water. Small bikini beach 5 minute walk.
