"This property was in the perfect location for Tel Aviv city centre, walking distance to the main spots. Located next to a well lit and beautiful park also. The room itself was cosy, and clean with a balcony and excellent security. It was perfect for me and I’ll be sure to return! "

"The manager was the worst,she was very rude very old towels,no washer and dryer’s,No breakfast as they said,They charged us one more day went we gat there,They send us to Dizengoff Garden Hotel it was a nightmare very duty out side too ,human pu on the entrance my husband step on it very poor service 😪the worst service "

"It wasn’t my first time and I was very happy to come back. The room is very clean, the roof top is just fantastic. And the most important for me Gena and Tal were great. I will come back soon for sure. "

"This is our second stay at The Roof. If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. We will stay again!"

"This is 4 time I have used this brand of hotel and the second time this hotel. The room is small for two adults. At this time travel we had a problem with the AC but they sent technicians to fix it, then we leaked the AC and the TV didn't work so we could not watch TV. "

"First location is the heart of TelAviv superb 3 minutes walk to the beach bars. Place is clean . The manager Etai was in contact with us since booking and guide us from check in to check out I am in Israel at least once a year it’s the first time I stayed ii Sea Suites. It’s defiantly going to be my future accommodation in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend. Lazaro"

"Brand new apartment, renovated and clean. Brand new refrigerator. Oven/stove-top, microwave, laundry machine, tea and coffee makers. Owner/manager was responsive to email and phone calls. When we did not know how to operate the stovetop a nice young man appeared within two hours and explained everything. ((We stayed one night at another apartment in Caesarea, and that one was neither clean, nor was the owner available at all -- even when there was no toilet paper. But that's a different...

"The hotel is very well suited if you plan to travel to different cities in Israel. It is about a 2 block walk to a major train station. It is also attached to a very large vertical mall that includes a 2 floor food court with a huge variety of foods. As for the hotel itself, the Israeli breakfast is quite average-nothing special and everyday the same. Cleaning of the room is spotty and inconsistent. Despite these downsides, the hotel worked well for us. "

The hotel even surprised us with a special treat for the occasion, which made the celebration even more memorable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and served with a breathtaking sea view.
