Check-in delay 1 hour, bad attitude/service
Posted 1 May 2021 on HotelsBooked room for my parents and they were very disappointed with the whole experience.
The check-in was delayed for more than 1 hour because the "room is not ready". This is simply unacceptable as they should have arranged alternatives to accommodate.
The front desk was not helpful, did not offer any update of when the room would be ready while my parents were waiting. When the room was finally ready after more than an hour of waiting, my parents arrived the room and found it was not even clean enough.
Overall, the service was very bad, front desk was impatient and inattentive, and unapologetic about the mistake they made.
We will never come back nor recommend anyone to stay here.

We checked in late at night and got free upgrade to Executive floor, room really spacious

The reception staffers are all receptive to requests made by guests, especially the front desk manager Seven, who would waste a lot of time for us to lead us to the Chinese restaurant.
