I would give the stay a higher rating if the staff was more willing to problem solve. The AC was not functioning in our room on a 33C day. No manager on duty, would not refund my money to find another place to stay, no fans available. I ended up waking up in a literal pool of sweat. Frustrating night for an otherwise nice hotel.

short stay
Posted 21 Aug 2023 on HotelsNice property at the edge of the water. Not sure I got the booked room as it said lake view but only had a look at a tiny bit of the harbour. For the rest enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable.
