Comfortable and clean. Facilities are ok. The food quality in Chinese and Japanese restaurants are good. However the overall services particularly front desk, guest service and the restaurants are far below standard of what a 5 star hotel should provide. The staff is not well-trained and some of them are even rude and careless. I stay a week in this hotel and was very disappointed.

The managment was not very accommodating. I had an issue with my reservation and ask that the manager call me. I left 4 voice mails and no return call.

Posted 10 Aug 2018 on HotelsWhat a beautiful hotel! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The dining room in the lobby was nicely decorated and the meals were excellent. I ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and what a wonderful experience that was. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Huizhou very much.
