"I was not aware that the hotel was being renovated. It was less open and attractive due to the process and the restaurant was limited. The food and service were good though. Breakfast was excellent, but order it with your reservation."

"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia "

"A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Westgate Grand Central. A beautiful hotel, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but conveniently located, close to lots of attractions. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Cleaned daily. Micheal the doorman was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Bar staff were also friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with a family or even alone. Always felt safe walking to and from thus area! "

"The property is a bit worn, and the bathrooms dated. But the room overall was large and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Murray Hill neighborhood is centrally located. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price. "
