It was a nice hotel, but not glamourous. Fun outdoor area and surrounding neighborhood. The "constant" fan option didn't work on the HVAC.

We liked the location of this hotel. Plenty of stores, restaurants close which are in walkable distance. We liked that the bathroom had a walk-in shower instead of a tub shower combo. Perfect for people with limited movement. The air worked very well!! It was downright chilly and perfect sleeping temp!!
What my major downfall was for the room we stayed in was that when we pulled the sheets down on one of the queen beds, there was a dirty, clipped, fingernail laying on the fitted sheet and visible hair still on the bed. When we pulled down the other bed, there seemed to be some type of stain on the top sheet. We couldn’t tell if it was a permanent stain or sheets just weren’t washed. The fitted sheet in that bed looked clean, so we looked over the top sheet in the other bed with fingernail, and since we saw no stains, switched it to the bed we decided to sleep on.
We did not mention it to the front desk as we got in a bit later in the evening and the front desk person working that night, was not personable, and I did not want to deal with him.

We felt the cost of one night in this hotel for over $200 was too expensive. The room needed some work. The shower was old and not very nice, the floor in the bathroom was worn, the door handle was loose, the bedside table was not very clean (we had to clean it). Overall this hotel needs some updates.
