This work perfect for a one night stay for work purposes, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, toiletries and teas and coffee. For the price we paid it was good value for money.

Was surprised at the size and the facilities were great. Just felt that it should have been dusted and cleaned behind the bedside tables and there should have been remotes for the skylight covers.

When i booked this it seemed expensive but it said it was a 2 bedroom apartment. When i arrived it was a one bed appartment, i queried this and was told there were no 2 bed appartments. The receipt i got said there was a refundable damage deposit of £150 returned 7 days after departure. 1 month later and nothing. Feeling ripped off, avoid at all costs.

The address of the actual property is different. The property is Anderson Apartments on Beast Market behind the address given on the website when booked. The apartments are different from the pictures given, however, the apartment I got was No15, it was newly built. But lots of issues. They take £150 deposit at time of booking. The apartment had not been cleaned even after they had confirmed by WhatsApp message. The toilet was filthy. Shower unclean. Surfaces had not been wiped. Even found a bug on the bed duvet. Soo many marks on the walls. I took like 50 pictures of every issue I found that they may try to withhold my deposit and sent via WhatsApp. They didn’t respond to any of my concerns. Just said ‘hope you enjoyed you stay” Terrible customer services. Avoid at all costs.
