Gorgeous, expansive space with things to do and close proximity to activities in the Sacred Valley

We loved staying here at the end our journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It was a wonderful way to recover and rest after a strenuous trip. The food, staff, rooms and overall property are excellent. The one issue we had was with transportation to the hotel. It was complicated to find transportation to take all of us and our luggage. But once we were there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good property, incredible property just neglected
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsThis hotel was an amazing property, absolutely huge, massive rooms and fantastic set up and location. However lots of little things are off.
Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. There are general signs of wear and tear and neglect through the property. From the lights in the grand entrance hall being absolutely full of dead bugs, to guttering sagging and patch works of bad paint jobs all over the place.

Excellent hotel for relax after 4 days inca trail.
All facilities, staff and services are great, as well as the breakfast and restaurant and bar menu options.

I would change mattresses, plus do something about the bugs.

Thank you for booking at our hotel, your comment helps us to continue improving, mosquitoes appear this season, we are a hotel that has a lot of green area and we are located in front of the Urubamba river, we carry out disinfection periodically during this season, however, since it is something natural, we cannot fight them 100%, we recommend to all our guests to have the windows closed after 5pm. The mattresses are in optimal conditions but we take your recommendation into account. We hope that you can return and continue enjoying our facilities and our friendly service.
