Staff in various areas are either ill trained or unprofessional. For example, no staff assistance with luggage and reinstatement from front desk staff to assist in transportation or distance inquiries. Furthermore, housekeeper for example, asked me to pretend that I requested and that she actually did tidy room when all that I asked was for more bottles of water.

Conveniently located across the road from the train station exit (without being an overly crowded station), walking distance to food options, great five star service (collecting our numerous TaoBao parcels), cleaning daily. Room was spacious for three, though the third bed was a trundle bed. Only issue was handshower looked a bit dubious and could do with a refresh.

Very close and accesible to Yu garden and train station!

Wifi was horrible. The rooftop was closed majority of the time. Staff were helpful. Breakfast isn’t nice

Very good hotel in Shanghai, close Yu Garden, and the shopping mall with lots of dinner options. The hotel is high class and good service!
