Location location location. Walkable to Yu Gardens which has Shake Shack, Chagee, a ton of shops and dining options. 24 hr Convenience store a block away and also train station across the road. Large comfortable beds. I had some issues with my air conditioning. Could not really adjust it. Overall a good stay.

For example, no staff assistance with luggage and reinstatement from front desk staff to assist in transportation or distance inquiries. Furthermore, housekeeper for example, asked me to pretend that I requested and that she actually did tidy room when all that I asked was for more bottles of water.

Conveniently located across the road from the train station exit (without being an overly crowded station), walking distance to food options, great five star service (collecting our numerous TaoBao parcels), cleaning daily.
