The water always accumulated in the shower area and the water spilled into bathtub area and pedestal pan area.

The staff were helpful and amazingly friendly to us even though we did not speak the language.food was very variable and tasty with many specific thai recipes. The 8th floor swimming pool was a big attraction and we often spent time in the afternoons at the hotel cafe on 1st floor. Lastly although Bangkok is a very busy city the situation of the Amaranta hotel is ideal for city access/amenities

Great staff and service. Our room was a little dated but had very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of five. We also really enjoyed the pool and food onsite.

It is first time i write a review about a hotel, worst experience in my life, they chage me extra because bedshed dirty, I never hear this before.

The staff and service were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. David was very helpful and even walked my cell phone over to me after I checked out and left. Arty and Nammon were really helpful.

A great boutique hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The updated control panel for almost everything in room was excellent. Ate in their restaurant/aquarium one night and food was delicious. Roof pool smaller than expected, but no problems as well maintained.
