By far the worse hotel room i have ever had. The pool was closed, the ceiling shows water damage with a big crack and drywall falling down, The carpet was soaked from the water damage, the hot tub jets didn't work, the secondary lock on the door was broken off. This building needs a lot of work and they should feel bad to charge full price for a room like this it was definitely a big let down on this trip.

The staff went above and beyond with helpfulness. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stat again.

Door key worked inconsistency. Three towels for a four person reservation. Drafty windows. Grimy bathroom floors. Polite staff. Okay beds.

Paid for a king room and room had a broken window and bad heater. We were then given a room that according to their system was clean…it was NOT! The room looked like someone had literally just checked out. Plus, I checked my bank account to find two extra charges of $21.60 each! Messaged them and received a message saying “Please try again later, our system is down”. The pool was also closed with no explanation and only one of our cards worked. We will NOT be staying again!

The bathroom floors need to be replaced. The bathroom ceiling and walls also need attention due to water damage. Finally, the breakfast did not look very appetizing.
