Its the little touches that make or break.
"No Kleenex box? Pizza Hut delivery made a slight sauce spill. Had to use toilet paper to clean the spill. TV service was a bit sketchy although it was signed in to service before I entered. Lots of "Not Available" channels in between. Otherwise, nice place, nice staff, nice experience."
